My mom and I have been bringing our cats here for years but after our last experience, we’ll be looking for a different vet. My mother was scheduled for a 5pm appointment on a weekday for our senior cat, which she had to leave work early for. Our cat can get very aggressive, so even trying to get him into the carrier was a whole process that took over 30 minutes and caused a tremendous amount of stress for us and our cat. My mother arrived at the clinic before the appointment, and after being made to wait, she was told by the lady vet who was filling in for the usual vet that they were not taking any more appointments for the day because it was already 6pm and they close at 7. After letting the vet know that she’d been waiting since 5, the vet rudely responded “well why did you come so late?” As if they weren’t the ones who scheduled her for that time and had her waiting. At no point did they apologize or even acknowledge the huge inconvenience they caused. Needless to say this was a huge waste of time and money since my mother had to uber there and back, not to mention the toll it took on our poor cat.

This place isn't equipped to conduct any dog hearing test. "Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER)" Don't waste your money here go somewhere else.
