Pague la consulta por la app y aun asi tuve que esperar bastante, se supone que es mas económica la castración de gatos pero en otros lugares los encontré mas económicos. Y clínicas con mejor presentación y atencion.

My kitten was not doing well and was throwing up for almost 2 days. I called, and the man who answered the phone (I forgot his name) was really helpful and told me to bring him in right away. The wait was a little long, but there was a line, and honestly for how many people were there, I feel like the wait time was reasonable. It ended up being an emergency surgery, and they did it right away, which I appreciated so much. The cost compared to other places was actually good, and they offer payment plan options which made it so much easier for me to say yes immediately. Because it’s a low-cost vet, the updates weren’t the best. I was calling every day to check on him because I was extremely anxious the whole time, but the staff member I spoke with was always patient with me and never rude. Leaving my little baby there for 2 and a half days felt like eternity. It’s been almost a week now and he’s doing so much better and hasn’t thrown up since. The only thing I didn’t really like was that he smelled really bad when we picked him up. I think the area he stayed in could’ve been cleaner. But at the same time, I understand they see so many animals every day. Other than that, would I recommend them? Yes. Let’s be real — having pets is expensive, and not everyone in this city can afford a $5k–$12k vet bill. A lot of people end up having to put their pets down simply because they can’t afford treatment. When I first arrived at the truck, they were attentive and helped me right away. Overall, I’m very thankful for all of the help they gave me and for taking my kitten’s health seriously. I truly appreciate everything they did for him.

the vet at the mobile truck was very helpful and nice but the vomiting isnt stopping and doesnt eat but the doctor said we cant give her medicine until she eats so when i call the doctor he was was being disrespectful saying “are u listening to me and i dont wanna argue with you” so i just ignored it and said bye then he hung up.

Very disappointed with my experience at Low Cost Vet Clinic. While the prices may be affordable, the service was honestly terrible and stressful from beginning to end. I paid for services for my cat and spent over a month trying to get the diabetes prescription handled properly. Nobody ever called me back, followed up, or seemed concerned about the situation. I eventually had to go through PetSmart myself just to try to get my cat’s medication taken care of. To make things worse, I drove almost an hour to the clinic on two separate occasions regarding the diabetes medication issue, only to be told both times that the doctor was not there. The staff kept apologizing and telling me they could not take care of it over the phone and that I would have to come back again, even after explaining how far I traveled. The man who answered the phone was also extremely rude. Instead of listening, he interrupted me, accused me of “calling to argue,” and then hung up on me while I was simply trying to get the prescription confirmed. The lack of professionalism and communication was shocking. I understand this is a low-cost clinic, but affordable prices should not mean poor treatment of customers or pets. After this experience, I would not trust this place with my pet’s care.
