The worst experience I ever had with a vet, I went there last night because my dog has an emergency and I was told the wait could be 1 hour we spent 4 hours, just to be asked questions and be move from a room to a waiting room ,other people came after us and they were seeing first when I asked how long more I could be seeing the front desk answer was "we don't know how long more" we decided to leave and don't wasted more time also another person walked away ,my dog could die and they don't care, If you need urgent care or a vet that really care for a pets health and not just to make a profit please look for another place.

My girlfriend and I brought our dog in when she was having an allergic reaction. The receptionist, vet tech and especially the vet were amazing and so helpful and thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a 24 hour vet late at night.

My parents visited in early April, when our dog suddenly passed away and the team at IAC were so compassionate and understanding. This visit was also very late at night. My parents are not fluent in English, so they called me to translate for them. The team were so very patient while I translated to my hysteric stepmom. They explained all the steps and made sure we understood. They gave us so much time to make decisions and also to grieve. Thank you so much! Although I didn’t actually visit the location, my parents were very appreciative of the service and care they received.
