La MUJER de la recepción es cero amable, a diferencia de el SEÑOR que trata y responde educadamente! La señora es grosera ! Pregunté amablemente al señor de la recepcion si tardaría un poco más puesto que ya llevaba una hora el señor amable mente me contestó Y ME EXPLICÓ pero la señora de alado me contestó diciéndome “le acomodé su cita pero le dije que tiene que esperar, todo mundo quiere venir pero no quieren esperar” de una forma grosera! A lo que le respondí. Que solo estaba preguntando !

I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, but I was still waiting after an hour and a half. I noticed several people who arrived after me being called in first. When I asked the reception how much longer it would be, they dismissively told me they were busy and that I should understand. No apology at all. If they knew they were running behind, they should have informed me at check-in. It felt like they have no respect for the patients' time. To make matters worse, they told me there were still three people ahead of me, even though I saw later arrivals go in before me. They clearly have zero control over their scheduling. I understand that emergencies happen, but acting like it’s okay to keep people waiting indefinitely with such an arrogant attitude is unacceptable.
