Super thankful to have brought my cat here! The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and truly caring. A more affordable option as well. The time and care that is taken with your loved one means a lot, especially when they are experiencing illness. An awesome hospital!

Waited for 2 whole hours and 30 minutes. The vet Dr. Sheheri was extremly rude and judgemental. She jumped to conclusions and would not let me get a word in to properly explain our care for our cat. She said our cat has arthritis before examining him (cuz that's how you diagnose arthritis. By locking eyes with a cat and examining his aura), and after examining him and realizing that he is healthy, she quietly let that go, even though she made a snappy comment regarding how poor our care was that a young cat like him has arthritis. Again, he does not hava arthritis. Or else, you know she'll be slapping us with a billion tests and snooty comments. The price was also grossly more expensive than other places we've been to that didn't let us wait for 2 whole hours and 30 minutes. The actual examination was 10 min.

I am deeply disappointed in this practice, specifically with the care—or lack thereof—provided by Dr. Savalla. While the front desk staff and vet techs were kind and professional, my experience with the veterinarian was heartbreaking and unprofessional. I booked an appointment online for a much-needed ultrasound for my cat, who has heart disease and cannot handle long car rides. After several scheduling shifts (initially told 3–6 p.m., then 4–5 p.m.), I was forced to arrive early to "see the doctor first." When I arrived, Dr. Savalla completely ignored me, speaking only to the vet tech until I finally spoke up. The lack of empathy only worsened from there. My cat was breathing heavily, and while I understood the gravity of his condition, Dr. Savalla’s approach was cold and alarmist. She warned me that he might foam at the mouth or that I might get into a car accident on the way to the Animal Care Center. She then began aggressively pushing for immediate euthanasia. When I explained that I wanted him to pass peacefully at home with his family, she continued to pressure me to do it right then and there. She even insisted on calling an at-home service herself before I left. Most concerningly, when my cat’s own cardiologist spoke to us on speakerphone and recommended an emergency chest tap to stabilize him, Dr. Savalla dismissed the specialist’s advice, calling it "painful" and reiterating that I should just euthanize him. To top it off: She complained to her tech in front of me about having to stay past her 3 p.m. shift. She removed my cat from oxygen and left the room without checking his stability or breathing. I later received a text bill for over $400 for a visit where she provided minimal care (oxygen and Lasix) without a proper evaluation. There is a compassionate way to guide a grieving owner through a terminal diagnosis, and this was not it. Dr. Savalla lacks the empathy required for this profession. If you are looking for supportive, specialist-aligned care for a sick pet, I would look elsewhere.
