I took a stray cat who was always around my neighborhood all the time. One time I found him after been hit by a car. The poor cat had his whole face in blood. I rushed him and took him here. Surprisingly the vet understood this was a little creature from the streets with no family and decided to give him treatment. She gave me the medicine and said she wont charge. I decided to take care of the cat and give the antibiotics provided from the vet and a lot of extra good care and guess what !! ?? He survived !!! and got 90 % better his bottom lip was completely gone but after some time his lips grabbed shaped again. The car had idk grab his nose and lips in between the wheels honestly idk i am just guessing, but I am so glad there are amazing vets that are warm hearted and are capable to help this animals when they are in need. Some vets make you realize they have a passion for what they do.
Never been here but I called in to check the prices. The Lady was rude over the phone and the I wanted to know how much was a blood work for my dog to see if I could afford it and she said she don't give prices over the phone very Rude. now I see why they have a bad review because vets suppose to give prices over the phone
I got my cat from her 7 years ago. She's a good vet who cared for my cat until I moved. I'm a real person
The five star reviews I swear must have been accounts made purposely by the staff. The reviewers who gave one star are real people who experienced the horror of this place. My friend was going to humanely put down her 18 year old cat who had several complications over the years that she could no longer afford. She was nothing but rude and judgmental throughout the whole process. My friend asked if her cat would feel any pain after the injection and the vet coldly replied " I don't know I've never taken it." Then proceeded to prepare the needle and instruct her to hold the cat still which didn't go smoothly. The vet frustratingly said "I can't do this without anesthesia" and something along the lines that she wouldn't continue until she agreed to pay extra for the sedatives. Once that was settled she took the syringes from the cabinet and told us to carry the cat to another room in the back which was exactly the same. The only purpose for the whole move was that she wanted to shave the cats paw with a hair clipper that was battery operated. I could barely hold in my anger, her cat was in terrible pain and fear as it was. She could have just brought the clipper in to the first room! The cat was wincing horribly while she was trying to inject the sedatives and would scream at my friend to restrain her. I noticed the needle was obviously bent from all the scuffle but the vet was still going to use it which was when I had to call it. I respectfully apologized to her and said we would no longer go through with the procedure. She still had the audacity to say at one point "I can't believe people could neglect an animal like this." While we were walking out she even ripped the long application my friend had filled out in front of us and in the presence of another person in the waiting room. Please heed the other warnings of the one star reviewers. This place is horrible.
