From the receptionist to the vet tech to the dr everyone is so knowledgeable and kind! They've gone out of their way to ask if my dog was comfortable having other dogs walk by him which was super courteous. When you're at the appointment everyone takes time to really understand whatever concerns you may have. Only cons a bit expensive but for the service you get its worth it, + wish they were open on the weekends but oh well

Austin Veterinary Care has consistently been my go-to veterinary clinic for my cats, and they’ve never let me down. After having such great experiences with my first two cats, Kylo and Rey, I felt completely confident bringing in our newest kitten, Chewie, knowing she would receive the same level of excellent care and attention. Dr. Russell and the staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pet care and always take their time to thoroughly explain everything. Even with experience as a cat owner, I still learned a lot during my visit, and they made sure all of Chewie’s required check-ups were handled smoothly and professionally. What really sets them apart is how genuinely kind and attentive they are. They treated Chewie with so much care and patience, and it’s clear that their passion is rooted in the wellbeing of every animal that walks through their doors. That kind of compassion goes a long way. The office is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes every visit a comfortable experience. I always come and go feeling confident that all three of my cats are in great hands. I HIGHLY recommend Austin Veterinary Care to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and truly caring veterinary team! Thank you Dr. Russell and the team :)

We have been looking for a neighborhood vet that offers walk in and/or emergencies visits as with puppies it is a bit hard to predict when they will need the Vet! Especially with a Golden Retriever that has a keen ability to pick up every nasty thing from the ground! We had a very positive first time visit, the Vet took the time to really check our puppy and address all our concerns. The clinic also followed up by email asking how everything was going after the visit and to remind us of what to do (for skin rash end feeding) Prices seem on par with city’s vet rates. Overall we had a great first impression & experience. Today was Vaccines-day for Red, and as usual everything went fine. We wanna thanks all the staff and doctors of Austin Veterinary Care for everything, they are professional and helpful.
