Una vergüenza. No recomiendo para nada ,fuera que es carisimo, encima Obligando a comprar comida en un site web chewy.com carisimo y no son capaz de entender el costos y que es mejor comprar en otro site web porque solo ven las ganancia porque chewy.com seguramente tendra negocio con ellos, Lo facil que seria solamente enviar la autorización por email al cliente para que el pueda ajustar a su comodidad por libertad de compra como tal especifica la ley de new york!!! Eso se podria hasta denunciar .Una vergüenza y bien grande!! Y no voy a recomendar a nadie conocido venir a donde ustedes tengan lo por seguro Una estrella porque no se puede hacer público con zero de lo contrario le pongo un Zero bien grande. 😈

Dr. Hassan and his staff are amazing and so accommodating!! I called for a last minute check up for my sick bunny and was able to be seen the day of. The staff was kind and professional — you can really tell they care about your pet’s health. Dr. Hassan was very knowledgable and answered all my questions clearly with a lot of information. After the visit, my bunny feels as good as new all thanks to this establishment and the amazing veterinarian. I always know my rabbit is in good hands when I visit. They treat your animal with the utmost care. ❤️

It was my first time using Astoria Animal Hospital and when I walked in, I was greeted by the manager at the front desk (pictured) she was very nice. I just needed updated vaccines for my dog and the process took no more than an hour. Staff were great and the process was hassle free.

From the very first moment I told them my cat was diabetic, vomiting, and an emergency. He needed IV fluids , antibiotics and medicine but they did not provide them. If they had been honest, they would have sent me straight to the ER, and I wouldn’t have wasted money or time on consult. ❌ Not recommended for urgency and emergencies.
