I brought my dog in for care. They gave him medication at the office and sent me home with medication. My dog later on died that same day. I will never forgive you people for not caring enough and just worrying about your “estimate”. My dog passed away after your care. I will Make sure everyone is aware and doesn’t take their pets to you.

Unfortunately, a bad experience dealing with rude staff that does not know how to handle big dogs and manhandle them in ways that initiate their fight or flight. I would stay away from this clinic if you are a pitbull owner especially with one staff that has a Hispanic male who grabs them from the nape and aggressively harnesses them. They are not trained to handle dogs that are agitated or scared/nervous and are way too aggressive.

I have two older dogs - they have always been with Dr. Thomas, never issues. Standard care only. The last year has multiple visits for both. Different medical issues, they are getting older. I can’t say enough about the staff and care. Always respectful, always attentive - last minute appointments have always been accommodated. I get that everyone has their own experience but after 15 years - I wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else! Thank you! Great team!
